YACHTCARE adhesive and sealant UNIFLEX White, polyurethane sealing compound, seawater and weather-resistant

YC UNIFLEX-PU adhesive and sealant is a one-component, permanently elastic, polyurethane-based adhesive and sealant that cures with atmospheric moisture. UNIFLEX-PU is seawater-resistant, weather-resistant, and temperature-resistant from -40°C to +90°C. It bonds very well to wood, many metals, and plastics and has very high adhesive strength. For absorbent substrates, YC UNIFLEX-PRIMER-S is used as a primer. The sandable adhesive and sealant is paintable with many paint systems.

For filling and sealing joints and seams.

• As corrosion protection on weld seams.
• For elastic bonding of metal, GRP, wood, stone and concrete.
• Not suitable for bonding oil-containing wood species (teak).

The bonding surfaces must be sound, dry, clean, and free of grease. On absorbent substrates such as wood, UNIFLEX-PRIMER-S must be applied as a barrier and bonding primer.
