We cover the return shipping costs for all items that can be easily returned by mail. For bulky or heavy items (freight forwarding goods), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs up to approximately €35. Please ensure that the goods are well packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Refund your payment
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made to the payment method you used when placing your order. Should the goods show signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to reduce the amount accordingly.
Important instructions
Your right of withdrawal is void if the goods have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery, or if the goods are residing outside the European Union. For a simple withdrawal, you can use our sample withdrawal form (see Right of Withdrawal), but this is not a requirement.
