The WEMPE Skiff Comfortmeter is a porthole ship's clock with a quartz battery movement. The case is made of solid, polished, chrome-plated brass and features a toggle clasp for easy battery changes. This also allows for readjustment of the instruments. The dial is white with an Arabic scale.
