Vetus - Control levers for electric drives

ELINE and EPOD are controlled via the side-mounted V-CAN control lever type ELPS.

The control panel features a neutral safety switch as standard, which prevents the engine from starting when the propulsion thrust is engaged. This control lever enables three propulsion control modes: NORMAL, ECO, and POWER. Pressing ECO mode limits the maximum output of the electric drive. POWER mode is unavailable in ECO mode. When ECO mode is deactivated, the electric drive is in NORMAL mode. Pressing the POWER button unleashes the peak electric power boost for quick maneuvers.
