Hot water boilers that are heated via the engine cooling circuit can easily deliver hot water at a temperature of over 90°C. There is always a risk of skin burns when showering or washing your hands. When using a simple mixing valve, it can take some time to find the right temperature, which naturally also results in higher water consumption. By installing a thermostatic mixer tap, scalding is avoided and the desired temperature can be found quickly and easily. This means no more wasted water and the result is a consistent temperature at the tap, as well as energy savings. The thermostatic mixer has a G½ thread. The temperature is continuously adjustable between 30°C and 70°C.
