Vetus - flush hatch type FGHF

Like their famous siblings, the FGHF hatches are specifically designed for modern boats. The meticulously engineered construction of these hatches ensures flush installation with the deck, resulting in a silky-smooth transition between the hatch and the deck. The 12 mm thick, dark smoke acrylic glass conveys VIP status, while the polished and anodized aluminum frame on the inside completes the sophisticated and timeless design.

The FGHF series differs from the FGH series in that it features flush-mounted handles, stays, and hinges in the plastic, so nothing protrudes. This perfectly flat surface eliminates any pinching. The larger hatches feature a socket in the handle, allowing them to be opened from the outside using a winch handle. If your boat doesn't have a winch handle, VETUS can supply one.

The flush design reduces wind noise and is easy to clean. VETUS locks ensure a tight fit, making this hatch suitable for Design Category A, Division II. The polished and anodized aluminum frame is both stylish and maintenance-free. FGHF hatches are designed for cutouts with a corner radius of 43 mm and are available from stock in the dimensions listed below.
