You're probably familiar with this problem: You have an additional 12 V or 24 V battery or battery bank that needs optimal charging. Perhaps it's a second battery for appliances in your motorhome, caravan, or service vehicle, or a second battery for appliances or the bow thruster in your boat. And you want this second battery to be independent of the starter battery (12 V). Or perhaps you have an outboard motor with a starter battery and now want to optimally charge an additional battery. This is exactly where our new battery-to-battery (B2B) charger can help.

Installation couldn't be easier, as the existing system doesn't need to be modified. Therefore, the STERLING B2B charger is simply installed between the existing primary battery (12V) (positive terminal) – usually a starter battery – and the additional battery (12V or 24V) (positive terminal). Of course, a cable still needs to be connected to the negative side. That's it!

The STERLING B2B charger does not require activation. It activates automatically as soon as the primary battery voltage rises above 13 V. If the voltage drops below 13 V and remains there, the B2B charger automatically shuts itself off.
