Description
With the help of the Course-KEEPER from Sprenger, the steering efficiency of your boat will be significantly improved at low speeds. It is a well-known problem that boats with outboard and sterndrive engines have poor steering characteristics at low speeds. There is insufficient power to keep the boat on course, and you have to make constant course corrections. With the Course-KEEPER, you have a dual rudder at your disposal that keeps the boat on course, making it almost as easy to steer and park as a car. With the Course-KEEPER, constant course corrections are eliminated, and steering capability and course stability at low speeds are significantly improved. As speed increases, the Course-KEEPER rises above the water current, preventing oversteering. Installation is simple. No holes need to be drilled. The brackets are screwed onto the cavitation plate and clamped in place. When reversing, the Course-KEEPER protects the propeller. Safety against injury for swimmers is significantly increased. The rudder blades and brackets are made of corrosion-free aluminum. All connecting materials such as threaded rods, bolts, and nuts are made of stainless steel, and the simple and solid construction of the rudder makes the Course Keeper maintenance-free.
