Simrad ForwardScan delivers a 2D sonar image of the bottom in front of your boat, offering maximum visibility of the area ahead of your boat up to 8 times its current depth.

The Simrad ForwardScan sensor operates at 180 kHz, reducing interference from traditional 200 kHz depth sounders. The Simrad ForwardScan connects quickly and easily to any Simrad NSS evo2 multifunction display via the StructureScan port. The depth scale for the area in front of the boat automatically adjusts to the length of the heading line. When the display is split between ForwardScan and Navigation, the total distance from your boat to the end of the heading line is shown in 2D on the ForwardScan display. The 50.8 mm stainless steel hull is included.
