Self-balancing algorithm and compatibility

This is achieved by combining our best-in-class lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) cells with a proprietary battery management system (BMS) in a rugged, waterproof housing.

Self-learning balancing algorithm

MLI Ultra batteries are equipped with a self-learning balancing algorithm that predicts and proactively balances the behavior of each individual battery cell, resulting in a faster and more efficient charging cycle. This self-learning system eliminates unnecessary stress on the cells, resulting in an even longer battery life.

Performance in icy cold

The MLI Ultra 1250 features an integrated thermal pad and sophisticated low-temperature control to ensure maximum charging performance in sub-zero temperatures. In cold weather, it uses the connected charger to power the heat pad and keep the battery cell temperature above freezing. This ensures the fastest possible charging and full performance even on the coldest days.

Integrated battery switch

The integrated battery safety switch disconnects the battery cells if an abnormality is detected. This is based on intelligent algorithms that analyze all the details of the battery's condition, such as charging current, temperature, cell details, and more. Where other integrated switches have current limits, the MLI Ultra 1250 delivers continuous power up to 200 amps.

Plug-and-play through automatic configuration

Installing a lithium-ion battery has never been easier. Connect the MLI Ultra 1250 to any supported Mastervolt charger and the communication cable, and the charger will automatically configure itself to fully match the battery. This ensures a smooth and worry-free charging experience without the need for configuration tools.
