HEMPEL Underwater Primer is a fast-drying, one-component primer for underwater use. It is suitable for all marine substrates. It can be used as a sealer over existing antifouling. It can also be used as a bonding primer on all epoxy-primed surfaces prior to antifouling. It can also be used as a barrier primer when changing antifouling.
