CATCH and LIFT rescue system for rapid person-from-water rescue, MOB rescue, reusable USP: Ready for use in under 3 minutes

With CATCH and LIFT, you can quickly retrieve a person who has fallen into the water (MOB) back on deck in three easy steps. The person on board requires no muscle power or special qualifications for the maneuver. The rescue system includes everything needed for a person who has fallen overboard:

• Attach the holding block for the rescue and recovery system to the shroud or boom jib. This is where the person is pulled out of the water.
• Throw the life collar into the water and drive to the rescue boat. The person in the water must attach themselves to the collar (carabiner or collar).
• Throw the parachute pack into the water, forward throttle opens the parachute and the MOB is brought to the ship and recovered from the water.

The CATCH and LIFT rescue system is immediately ready for use, and no complex modifications to the vessel are required. This eliminates unnecessary time wasted during the man overboard maneuver.

The rescue system, which is transported in the waterproof case, consists of a total of three components, which are clearly labeled with the numbers 1, 2 and 3.

The rescue maneuver is carried out from the helm so that self-protection for the person on board can be ensured.

The person in the water maintains a safe distance from the vessel, reducing the risk of being run over or injured.
