HARD RACING TecCel is a hard antifouling with a TecCel additive that makes it smoother and less prone to friction. Developed for all fast motorboats and speedboats and owners who value performance and speed. It is used as an effective antifouling for underwater surfaces. Suitable for all materials except aluminum.
