HARD RACING TecCel is a hard antifouling that, thanks to the TecCel additive, is smoother and has lower friction. Developed for all fast motorboats and speedboats and owners who value performance and speed. It is used as an effective antifouling for underwater surfaces. Suitable for all materials except aluminum.
