Compared to conventional batteries of the same capacity, the Vetus battery is approximately 25% lighter and approximately 40% smaller. Self-discharge is only approximately 4% compared to approximately 13%. Thanks to the special design of the maintenance-free Vetus battery, refilling the electrolyte is no longer necessary.
