The 57 mm Carbo Ratchamatic Block with Cam-Matic clamp is a load-controlled ratchet block that runs freely in both directions under light loads; as the load increases, the ratchet engages automatically. Switching from ratchet to light-wind operation is clean and seamless. The switching load is quick and easy to adjust. The cheeks are made of high-strength, lightweight Carbo composite. The eight phases of the hardcoat-anodized disc generate a holding force of up to 10: The horizontally mounted Cam-Matic clamp can be operated with a simple flick of the wrist, even under heavy loads. Multiple layers of heavy-duty ball bearings and the precise V-shape minimize friction. The clamp arm can be locked in 20° increments.
