Description
Description
The emergency stop switch is attached to the wrist and is needed to direct the ignition current to ground if, for example, you fall out of the boat or the throttle gets stuck.
Supplied complete with safety line and hook.
For two-stroke engines.
How it works:
Use the carabiner to clip the cable to a belt loop or around your wrist. Should you fall overboard, the coiled cable will automatically pull the push button cap off the switch. This will shut off your engine.
By switching off the engine, the risk of injury (e.g. from the propeller or from a boat driving in circles) is reduced and others are not endangered by an unmanned boat.
