275 N life jacket with harness. Its extremely slim design offers maximum freedom of movement. Its short, close-fitting, ergonomic, and non-bulky fit is ideal.

A combination of two design elements makes this possible. First, a newly designed padded carrying structure has been introduced: the SECUMAR "Hover System." This allows for even weight distribution of the life jacket across the shoulders, back, and chest. The life jacket virtually floats in the air. Only the padded straps rest on the shoulders. The Hover System also allows for better air circulation to prevent heat buildup. Second, the life jacket is pre-shaped in the neck area, so the protective cover no longer rests on the neck.

Also new to the SECUMAR Scout 275 3D is the use of a textile harness ring. This provides an alternative to the stainless steel D-ring for attaching a lifeline. During the development phase, various materials were carefully tested until a special polyamide was found for the harness. This special polyamide is not only a fully adequate replacement in terms of load-bearing capacity but also provides the desired weight savings.

The top-of-the-line model comes standard with a pocket for discreetly storing various distress beacons. It also features the new SECULUX LED SOLAS emergency light. Its modern technology requires smaller and therefore lighter batteries than before. Despite this, it emits a brighter light for a longer duration.

The SECUMAR Scout 275 3D's large-volume buoyancy body is a proven feature. Thanks to its two tetrahedral-shaped air cushions, it provides a large lever arm in the chest area. Even people wearing heavy-weather clothing can be quickly and reliably turned into a safe supine position in the water.

The design of the protective case is also new. It comes in a fresh light blue with orange accents – a sporty, modern eye-catcher.
