The Wallas 88 DU is a slimline marine diesel cooking range. The recessed ceramic hob is all you see once the range is installed—a state-of-the-art marine cooking system. Unlike a hazardous propane system, the 88 DU uses diesel as fuel, fulfilling its role as a safe and durable forced-air cooking system you can rely on for years. Unlike other systems, the Wallas diesel cooking range draws the oxygen needed for combustion from within the cabin, but vents the exhaust air outside the cabin. This feature automatically draws fresh air into the cabin, dries the boat's interior faster, and reduces the spread and effects of mold.
