Vertical reel retractor with crank, holder for floating or stern line, knot-free design

The vertical reel/mount is designed for a Rapp reel and comes with a crank. The Rapp reel is not included. The Rapp reel can accommodate a floating line or a stern line, for example, for a stern anchor. The advantage over coiled lines: the risk of tangling is significantly reduced! But what would a Rapp reel be without a mount?
