The kite takes flight even in light winds and is attached to a 6-meter-long telescopic fiberglass mast by a 2-meter-long line. The mast can be easily attached to a post on the pier, for example. In winds exceeding 10-12 m/s, the bird deterrent should be removed to prevent it from blowing away.
