and this is how it works:

Absodry® consists of a container and a bag of hygroscopic crystals. It is activated by opening the outer bag and placing the inner bag containing the crystals into the lower container. The crystals absorb excess moisture. At approximately 50% humidity (recommended for health and property), the moisture absorption process stops automatically and restarts automatically when the humidity increases – completely without electricity! When the crystals are used up, empty the container, for example, into the toilet, and throw the bag in the trash. Depending on the humidity level, AbsoDry is suitable for 35-80 m³ of air. One pack (1 kg) lasts for approximately 6 months.
