Rust sealant with exceptional penetration properties (it even creeps upwards through rust). Displaces moisture and air from the pores and penetrates even through thick layers of rust to the healthy metal. Dries completely. Can be painted over. Also suitable as a deep primer for new or previously weathered wood, and as an additive to paint for improved flow properties (e.g., at low temperatures).
