Removal is random; the manufacturer has no influence on the can design.

HEMPEL MAHOGANY COLOUR 09600

CHARACTERISTICS: MAHOGANY COLOUR is a UV-stable, mahogany-coloured solution for staining untreated wood or for colouring 1-component alkyd clear coats.

Application: The surface must be clean, dry, and free of grease. Oil-based wood may require repeated degreasing. Roughen the surface with fine sandpaper and remove sanding dust. MAHOGANY COLOUR is applied directly to untreated wood. After a waiting time of approximately 2 hours (at 20°C), the material can be overcoated with a single-component clear varnish. For a translucent tint to a single-component alkyd clear varnish, add up to a maximum of 10% MAHOGANY COLOUR. Carefully cover adjacent surfaces and wear gloves, as MAHOGANY COLOUR is difficult to remove. The application temperature should be at least +5°C. Ensure good ventilation during application and curing.

Disposal: Do not allow the wash water from cleaning the paint to enter the sewer system. Dispose of empty containers only, in compliance with local regulations, at an approved facility or landfill.
