The NLP waterlock operates in two phases. The lock consists of two chambers, an upper and a lower one, separated by a partition plate and a riser pipe in the middle. Since the upper section, like the inlet and outlet connections, can be rotated 360°, installation is straightforward, even in confined spaces. To further reduce exhaust noise, a VETUS muffler/swan neck can be installed behind the lock.
