Stainless steel rotor 1 1/2' shaft, Niro rotor, high fitting accuracy lifelong

The stainless steel rotor is slid over the shaft and secured to the shaft with grub screws offset by 90° for maximum holding force. The use of computer-controlled lathes ensures a high degree of precision. The surfaces are perpendicular to the bore and have a surface finish of 9, ensuring that no water can escape when the rotor rotates. During commissioning, the rotor grinds the surface of the carbon flange in the first few minutes. Thanks to the use of 316L stainless steel, the rotor should last a lifetime under normal conditions.

• Use the locking screws only once.
• There are two locking screws in each of the two holes in the stainless steel rotor. One locking screw secures the rotor to the shaft, and the second secures the first locking screw.
• The locking screws are manufactured with a pointed collar at the base. This collar presses into the shaft, thus ensuring a secure hold.
