MPPT: Ultra Fast Maximum Power Point Tracking

By constantly monitoring the voltage and current output of your solar (PV) panels, MPPT technology ensures that every drop of available energy is extracted from your panels and harvested for storage. The benefit is most noticeable when the sky is partly cloudy and the light intensity is constantly changing.

Remote monitoring and control

Remotely control and monitor the comprehensive features of your BlueSolar MPPT charger by connecting a Bluetooth dongle and pairing it with your smartphone or other device via VictronConnect. If your installation is connected to the internet with a GX device, the Victron Remote Management Portal (VRM) provides anytime, anywhere access to the full performance of your MPPT. Both VictronConnect and VRM are free to use. For remote installations—even if there is no internet connection nearby—you may be able to monitor your MPPT by connecting the GlobalLink 520.

Load output

The intelligent load output function prevents damage from empty batteries. You can configure the voltage at which BlueSolar disconnects a load, thus preventing excessive strain on your batteries. And here's the clever thing: BlueSolar attempts a 100% charge every day. If this isn't possible—during periods of inclement weather—it increases the cutoff voltage daily until it succeeds. We call this feature BatteryLife because it maintains the health and extends the lifespan of your battery.
