Battery Mate battery isolators with very low voltage drop

While BI battery isolators are conventional diode splitters, the Battery Mate's technology is electronic and uses MOSFETs (transistors). Its components compensate for the voltage drop and ensure that charging continues at the correct voltage level, even with multiple battery banks. The Battery Mate is compatible with any type of alternator/battery charger in both existing and new systems. Because the voltage drop between the alternator and the battery is negligible, the Battery Mate has significantly greater power output than conventional battery isolators. This ensures fast and complete charging of your batteries without the need for any additional alternator modifications.

Charging two or three high-capacity batteries

The Battery Mate is the ideal solution for charging multiple batteries, possibly with other brands of alternators whose charging voltage cannot be adjusted. It can charge two or three batteries with high yield and without any voltage drop. Models 1602/1603 are suitable for alternators with a maximum charging current of 160 amps, while the Battery Mate 2503 is ideal for alternators with a maximum charging current of 250 amps.
