Hempel's High Protect II is a solvent-free, two-component, high-build epoxy for osmosis prevention and treatment. Easy to apply and suitable for most environmental conditions. Forms a hard, strong, water-repellent coating. Suitable as a primer below the waterline on GRP or steel vessels. It prevents and repairs osmosis bubbles in the glass fibers, both above and below the waterline.
