I  want to return an item - what should I do?

Please note that the return costs are to be borne by you according to the right of withdrawal.

 As soon as we receive your return, it will be checked (item must be unused/show no signs of wear) and then refunded to you. Please also enclose your invoice so that we can allocate the case internally more quickly.

I have an A.W. voucher. Niemeyer GmbH? Can I redeem this?

Vouchers purchased at A.W. Niemeyer GmbH unfortunately cannot be claimed in the awn GmbH web shop. Therefore, these cannot be redeemed on www.awn.de. We kindly ask for your understanding.

I want to have my life jacket maintained. How can I proceed?

We do not offer the maintainance and chef of life jackets in our house.
Therefore we referre to to following address:

The order from A.W. Niemeyer GmbH was incomplete or never reached me. What can I do?

awn GmbH cannot take over any liability or warranty for orders placed before August 25, 2023. Unfortunately, we have no system-technical means of checking and tracking ordering and delivery processes.

I can no longer log in to my customer account – what should I do?

A.W. customer accounts and data Niemeyer GmbH were not taken over for data protection reasons. If you would like to make purchases via the shop www.awn.de, you can easily create a new customer account or contact us with your data (including UID number for companies) and a declaration of consent. If you have problems logging in to your awn GmbH account, please contact our service team.

Can I also pick up or purchase my product from a branch?

awn GmbH continues to operate purely online business, so collection from a branch is not possible. Of course, we would like to offer you the usual service and are happy to be available for personal advice via our service channels.

I would like to place a reclamation regarding a product from an order with A.W. Niemeyer GmbH. What do i have to do?

Unfortunately, there are no options on our site to view orders placed before August 25, 2023. Since these were not made by awn GmbH, no warranty can be given for them. We are extremely sorry that we cannot process complaints from old orders.

I would like to have my life jacket/life raft serviced – how should I go about it?

At the moment we cannot offer this service. However, we are working on developing a service concept for this too. We ask for your patience for this. If you are interested in finding out when new services are added, please subscribe to our newsletter right at the bottom of the page and you will receive all updates and offers by email.

Is there a product catalogue?

There is currently no physical catalog for our range. If you have a catalog from A.W. Niemeyer GmbH from 2023, please contact our service team and we will check the availability of the item. You can also simply enter the product number of the desired item from the catalog into the search bar and place an order if it is available.

How do I receive a voucher?

There are currently no automated vouchers available to purchase. For more information, please contact service@awn.de.

I no longer want to receive our newsletter. What can I do?
